I actually have no complaints about Bright Packaging themselves — they’re a great company. Reliable, good communication, and solid product quality. They’ve always delivered what they promised.
My only frustration is the courier company they use — Internet Express — which has been a complete nightmare. You can’t track your parcel properly, no one knows who’s handling it, and trying to get an update from them is like chasing smoke. It’s honestly shocking service, and it reflects badly on Bright Packaging even though it’s not their fault.
If Bright Packaging switched to a better courier, I’d happily give them 5 stars. But until they do, they’re being dragged down by a delivery partner that clearly doesn’t care about customer experience.
