Infinite Shine has no shine.

I just paid R290 (South African Rand) on a bottle of OPI Infinite Shine 2. The name INFINITE SHINE makes me believe that the nail polish has a wonderful shine. No, it dries Matt. It's the most expensive bottle of nail polish I've ever bought and it does not do what it says on the bottle. To say I'm disappointed is a HUGE understatement.
