If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has the WORST customer service ever.
One month, they just forgot to bill me. I called and emailed all through the month until someone eventually answered that they'd bill me twice the next month, which I found sincerely annoying as I work on a budget. Then the next month, they billed me THREE times. I called and emailed to no avail. Nobody responded to my emails and the customer service agent said they'd get it reversed and she'd call me back. Not only did she not call me back, but she did nothing to reverse the payment either. I eventually managed to dispute it and get it reversed through my bank.
Absolutely no help from this company, and the rep who signed me up for the service didn't bother to let me know she no longer works there, and when I asked for help was passive-aggressive and rude.
Do not bother to use this company. They go offline for days at a time for no reason too.
