BAD BAD BAD Service..... Call Centre Staff are VERY UNPROFFESIONAL infact they dont even care how the customer feels. I was disconnected for no reason. I never missed any payment and did forward prrof of payment to accounts department as instructed, only to be told I should call the next day to make a follow up. Why should I make a follow up when they are the ones who disconnected me for no reason. Im so frustrated with this OPIX.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has the WORST customer service ever. One month, they just forgot to bill me. I called and emailed all through the month until someone eventually answered that they'd bill me twice the next month, which I found sincerely annoying as I work on a budget. Then the next month, they billed me THREE times. I called and emailed to no avail. Nobody responded to my emails and the customer service agent said they'd get it reversed and she'd call me back. Not only did she not call me back, but she did nothing to reverse the payment either. I eventually managed to dispute it and get it reversed through my bank. Absolutely no help from this company, and the rep who signed me up for the service didn't bother to let me know she no longer works there, and when I asked for help was passive-aggressive and rude. Do not bother to use this company. They go offline for days at a time for no reason too.

This is the worst service provider ever with unprofessional team of sales people including their management… I ordered fibre installation on the 24th of August 2022 and they explained that they will make installation within a period of 21 days it’s been more than 2 weeks now since they said they are coming to install I had to avail myself on the agreed date and nothing happened and they do not even care to communicate. I’ve been calling their offices since I always get connected to different people who keeps saying they trying to find out what the problem is that they will call me back but THEY NEVER DO including their management. I’ve never received such poor service and disrespect from a service provider and they also refusing to cancel my order telling me it will take another 30 days to cancel…

Email was send 15/03/2022 to ask if they can provide us with the same service in another suburb since we were moving. Le Dein Passano responded 22/03/2022 that they needed the exact physical address. We replied the following day 23/03/2022. Le Dein Passano replied the same day & explained that they have no coverage in that area. She asked 23/03/2022 when we will be moving so that she could ensure the line gets cancelled accordingly. We send email the same day (23/03/2022) that we would be moving end April. Le Dein replied 23/03/2022 that they require 1 calendar months' notice which meant that the invoice generated 23/03/2022 would be the last invoice due. On 25/03/2022 we asked her to confirm in writing that OPIX would cancel our contract end April 2022. No reply from OPIX. OPIX deducted end April towards May from our bank account & end May towards June. 1 June 2022 we send another email asking them to refund our money (2 illegal deductions) 3 June 2022 we send another email with no reply either. 8 June 2022 we called OPIX and asked to speak to Le Dein. She would call us back. 9 June 2022 still no email or telephone call from OPIX.

Good day, we have been trying to get fiber installed in our townhouse, Opix loggs have remained unchanged since inception and we cannot seem to get any kind of response or communication that the service will actually be activated. It has been 2 WEEKS! Our order number is 5001066. we ordered this service on the 25th of April and I am yet to see any kind of service. I work from home so this is costing me dearly to have to find alternative sources to work from instead of home (like I should be). Probably the worst service I have received in this country thus far. Greendoor (who is an affiliate) seems to be equally terrible at communication, I'm hoping you can find some sort of solution to this appalling service.

Dear Opix Team, I don’t write reviews ever but WOW! Opix Fibre went out of their way to assist me in setting up my Fibre/Router, it is the fastest and most friendliest service that I have ever received from any company that I have ever dealt with. The installation and activation took less than a week, we had an issue with the router delivered but it was sorted out within the same day, just to mention that it was Saturday 01 May which was a public holiday. I left an online call back request and I received a call from the owner, he then said that a tech support colleague would give me a call and he actually called me within 15 minutes, I needed to speak to someone else to help me and this also happened on the time promised. They took the time to go out of their way to get things sorted, they are patient, friendly and very sufficient!!! If you are looking for Fibre without any hassles I will recommend them every time. AMAZING company with AWESOME people and THE BEST service.
