BAD BAD BAD Service..... Call Centre Staff are VERY UNPROFFESIONAL infact they dont even care how the customer feels. I was disconnected for no reason. I never missed any payment and did forward prrof of payment to accounts department as instructed, only to be told I should call the next day to make a follow up. Why should I make a follow up when they are the ones who disconnected me for no reason. Im so frustrated with this OPIX.
