BAD BAD BAD Service..... Call Centre Staff are VERY UNPROFFESIONAL infact they dont even care how the customer feels. I was disconnected for no reason. I never missed any payment and did forward prrof of payment to accounts department as instructed, only to be told I should call the next day to make a follow up. Why should I make a follow up when they are the ones who disconnected me for no reason. Im so frustrated with this OPIX.
Today marks 8 days without internet connection despite calls and emails seeking help. They dont care about their customers, all they care about is payment. Im extremely frustrated as my work depends on having internet. How will i pay bills if i cant work?
Went to visit a Patient only to be told to turn back home as the patient already had a visitor that day. It turns out that there are two different patients using the same Surname but names are different and not in the same midical wards. So please employ proffessional people who can screen visitors and get proper information when Screening Visitors because I travelled from Mafikeng and couldnt see my Family (no one visited him that day) but the lady at Reception screening made assumptions based on the "Surname" and didnt even bother to check if its the same Patient or another one. Im disgusted by the service... not proffessional at all. It costs us money to travel and now my time and money wasted for NOTHING
