Have been tryingvto RIKA for a werk now and no amount of call centre calls can resolve the issue... Call centre staff give you the run around and dont know how to assist passing the buck... Managers and supervisors dont come back to you as promisef. Bought a sim bought a router.... Byt no service cause they cant RIKA online as indicated on the website... VERY FRUSTRATING

No invoice mailed as requested and when I went to collect it from Randburg Glass, after paying cash and receiving no receipt from Randburg Glass. I was asked if I think I'm dealing with the village idiot by Bjorn. Was then told to get the owner to mail me the invoice. TO CROWN IT ALL THE GLASS FITTED FELL OUT 2 DAYS AFTER INSTALLATION. That after we were told not to open the window for 24 hours. This now being denied.
