Email was send 15/03/2022 to ask if they can provide us with the same service in another suburb since we were moving. Le Dein Passano responded 22/03/2022 that they needed the exact physical address. We replied the following day 23/03/2022. Le Dein Passano replied the same day & explained that they have no coverage in that area. She asked 23/03/2022 when we will be moving so that she could ensure the line gets cancelled accordingly. We send email the same day (23/03/2022) that we would be moving end April. Le Dein replied 23/03/2022 that they require 1 calendar months' notice which meant that the invoice generated 23/03/2022 would be the last invoice due. On 25/03/2022 we asked her to confirm in writing that OPIX would cancel our contract end April 2022. No reply from OPIX. OPIX deducted end April towards May from our bank account & end May towards June. 1 June 2022 we send another email asking them to refund our money (2 illegal deductions) 3 June 2022 we send another email with no reply either. 8 June 2022 we called OPIX and asked to speak to Le Dein. She would call us back. 9 June 2022 still no email or telephone call from OPIX.
