Pathetic for a Medical Scheme - Opmed

If I could rate Opmed with a 0 I would. This is the 3rd call that I have made to Opmed where a consultant picks-up my call and after me greeting them, they drop the call. How unprofessional! I have read the other bad reviews of Opmed and it is absolutely terrible that Healthcare Providers write bad reviews. Opmed will definitely never be a top Medical Aid like Discovery, Medscheme etc. Their poor service and poor knowledge is absolutely horrendous. I am in the process of handing Opmed over to the Health Ombudsmen as well as the Council for Medical Schemes. I take matters like this extremely serious.
