Opticlear useless

Opticlear has been contracted by Bankmed to attend to optical claims. They are so inefficient it's not a joke! I got new specs from Torga on 21 January 2019 and paid cash as they were delaying the claim. I have sent the invoice to be refunded, till today nothing is happening. Their story changes every day. BANKMED must not work with Opticlear!!
