Optimal Auto Boksburg

I purchased a bmw from Optimal Auto in September 2022. The Salesman was Vuyo. R9890 was added for Dekra Warrenty etc and R10000 for licencing, Dekra, registration and roadworthy. I was told by Vyuo that Once all is done, I will be refunded the difference between the actual cost and the R10000. I personally paid for the license, roadworthy and registration. Optimal Auto refunded me the amount but refuses to refund me the balance from the R10000 and will not disclose how it was made up. Be aware. It is not Planet42 but the dealers that are crooked.
