<p>I have sent a prescription last Friday (06/01/2017) of my chronic medication and to date I have not received my medication. I have been strugling for the past few days to speak to someone from them and finally now got hold of their call centre agent who says the script was only uploaded to they system this morning (13/01/2017). I suggested if I can come to collect my medication but the answer was no as they don't have a walk in channel. </p>
