Orama roadhouse - Quality food and service
I have had pleasant experiences at Orama roadhouse in Boksburg. The Sunday lunch is awesome, I have been going there from Kempton Park (13km drive) every Sunday for the past 8 weeks. I have also tried some breakfasts and other meals as well, which are also great. The staff handles you with respect and care. Well done to the owner, managers and staff. Keep up the good work.

Orama roadhouse - Quality food and service

Terrible service& hair in food
Ordered food online. When i got at the roadhouse i waited another 15 min for service ,terrible service after 30 got my food and it was cold. Got home my son had a hair in his pizza. Rather buy kfc 10x better service.

unexceptible customer service
.Hi. I would like to share my horrible experience I had with Orama tonight. I am so upset that people act to care and yet can do this to their customers., i'm so angry at the service Orama presented. I unfortunately don't have any transport so I wanted to order supper. Started phoning around at 6.04 pm and had no luck. Finally after 49 min of constant disappointment I managed to get hold of Orama Roadhouse. My phone unfortunately runs out of airtime so the manager was so kind as into phone me back. 6:59 pm - manager phones me back. I place my order and whilst giving my delivery address, I'm advised that I do not fall under the delivery area, however due to my bad luck the manager helps me and places my order ( one time only) . Thank him and start waiting. 8:24 pm ( 1 hr 25 min later) - I phone in to confirm if the driver has left. Was advised they will phone me back. 8:26 pm - I get a call from the roadhouse to confirm my address and directions. Was told driver is leaving. 9:16 pm ( 50 min later) - I call again to ask what is happening only to be told that they not picking up my order on the system but not to worry manager will contact me immediately. 9:27 pm - I call back and ask to speak to the manager. Manager advises that the drivers have left and can't deliver but I can collect. But there I nothing they can do to help me if I can't fetch my food., sorry I AM EXTREMELY UPSET. 2 HRS 20 MIN LATER AND I'M BACK TO SQUARE ONE. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT.

Worst Roadhouse on the East Rand
<p>Went to Oramha Roadhouse on the 26th of May 2016....Definitely not worth your money. Ordered a toasted Ham & Chees....looked like a toasted butter sandwich. They should sent their kitchen staff on a full course on how to prepare decent food they clearly don't know how to prepare a decent Beef Shworma that my husband ordered...</p>
