.Hi. I would like to share my horrible experience I had with Orama tonight. I am so upset that people act to care and yet can do this to their customers., i'm so angry at the service Orama presented.
I unfortunately don't have any transport so I wanted to order supper. Started phoning around at 6.04 pm and had no luck. Finally after 49 min of constant disappointment I managed to get hold of Orama Roadhouse. My phone unfortunately runs out of airtime so the manager was so kind as into phone me back. 6:59 pm - manager phones me back. I place my order and whilst giving my delivery address, I'm advised that I do not fall under the delivery area, however due to my bad luck the manager helps me and places my order ( one time only) . Thank him and start waiting. 8:24 pm ( 1 hr 25 min later) - I phone in to confirm if the driver has left. Was advised they will phone me back. 8:26 pm - I get a call from the roadhouse to confirm my address and directions. Was told driver is leaving. 9:16 pm ( 50 min later) - I call again to ask what is happening only to be told that they not picking up my order on the system but not to worry manager will contact me immediately. 9:27 pm - I call back and ask to speak to the manager. Manager advises that the drivers have left and can't deliver but I can collect. But there I nothing they can do to help me if I can't fetch my food., sorry
I AM EXTREMELY UPSET. 2 HRS 20 MIN LATER AND I'M BACK TO SQUARE ONE. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT.
