Poor workmanship and even worse service

Avoid using Orbit unless you are happy with unprofessional, poor service Orbit came to repaint our roof in October 2020. After a few months the paint started bubbling and eventually starting peeling off. We tried to get Orbit back on various occasions to come inspect the work as it is still under guarantee. It took numerous calls and eventually a lawyers letter to get them on site. On the 14 Dec 2021 (14months later) Gert (the owner) sent a new “site manager” in to meet the representative of Plascon. The rep got on the roof to take a sample of the paint and could see immediately that the reason the roof is peeling & bubbling is due to poor workmanship. The roof was not primed, hence the bubbles. Orbit started prepping the roof to fix it the same day and today we are still waiting for them to come back to finish their mess, another 3 months later again…

They also took double the time to finish the job the first time around. We had to call to find out why they didn't return for a while, they never called to say they wouldn't be in, the customer has to call to find out where they are - they didn't arrive due to vehicle problems and then had staff problems.
