Poor customer service

I ordered a ring on 21 December 2024 and as per the tracking it was estimated to be delivered between 25 December and 20 January. I completely understand that they were closed for the holidays as most companies. What really upset me was the poor communication. I had to ask for updates and this is how it went: on 7 Jan I requested feedback and I was advised that the ring was still being manufactured and would be shipped in tje following week. On 20 Jan I still haven't received any updates or ring, I again contacted them requesting feedback. On 21 Jan they advised that the ring was shipped with the tracking number. I received the ring on 22 Jan, unfortunately it was to big and I submitted a return form to get a smaller size. I paid the courier and the ring was picked up the same day. On 27 Jan I followed up if they received the ring as I haven't received any communication back. They confirmed that the ring was received and that the new ring would be shipped on 28 Jan. By 31 Jan I haven't received a tracking number, any feedback or the new ring, I once again asked for feedback, no response. On 3 Feb I messaged again asking for feedback. I was advised that the new parcel was not shipped since they waited for the old parcel to be returned (keep in mind they confirmed that they received the old parcel). I queried this and was then advised that the ring would be shipped on 4 Feb. On 4 Feb I received a sms stating that my ring was shipped, I tracked the shipping number and it stated that it was already delivered. I messaged The Courier Guy and queried this only to be informed that Orbit Rings hasn't shipped the ring yet and sent me the old way bill number so it seems as though it was shipped. I sent this to them and only after that the parcel was shipped and I received the correct way bill number.

All and all I am extremely disappointed with the service I received as I asked multiple times for updates since their website doesn't work. I would definitely NOT recommend Orbit Rings unless the product you want is worth all the trouble. I wish I read the reviews before purchasing the ring. Then I would have seen the poor service and that you can get the exact same rings on Temu for R130.
