washing machine nightmare

<p>My speedqueen washing machine broke and i logged a call with Orca Electrical as i have dealt with Sias for many years......what a disappointment when the replaced the belt for R1500 cost to me....only for the machine to break 2 weeks later again.</p> <p>They should not offer a guaratee or warrantee on their repairs if they dont plan to follow through.  I have been waiting for 3 months now for assistance from them to resolve....still no quote received.  I have given up on their after sales service which is non existant...its like they dont care!  I resorted to buying myself a second hand washing washing off gumtree today as its just not worth the inconvenience or the stress to keeo fighting with them for non existing service.  Very sad that as a company expands their client service dissolves.</p>
