The Organic Station is a ****. Please don't buy from them. I bought products from them because they were the only ones who stocked the products I needed. I have not received any products. They don't answer emails or phones. Don't trust the reviews on their website.

Extended waiting periods for delivery and when you finally decide to cancel you are forced to open a Bobpay account which basically entails the same process as if opening a bank account. Needless to say they can keep the money since I've had no joy in my request for repayment into the account from which I made payment and I am certainly not opening an account I never intended or will never use again.

Here's how to get a refund fast. I placed an order 3 Jan no delivery by 26 Jan. Tried calling nor reply went to voicemail. Contacted on WhatsApp - no reply. So I wrote to their payment providers complainign about them and cc'ed the business. Got a refund and cancelled order notification within 5 minutes. Am placing a copy of my email to BobPay below FYI - try this - it might also work for you. I had a horrible experience, waited super long and then got treated badly over the phone and they told me they will refund me which they did thank God! Avoid this business and actually can we get it shut down please because the reviews on here are horrible and there’s no reason this business should still be existing!

I assume the WhatsApp contact for this company named Wayne is the owner whose promises of a REFUND came to nought. An out-of-stock item remained out of stock for a very long time. After more than two months I opted for a replacement / swop for smaller 100ml bottles. My request even for a swop came to nought. I diplomatically requested that the swop coincide with my return trip from overseas which also fell on deaf ears. I received a long-winded message about how he was inundated and trying to manage his online business + what i assume to be a full-time job. Eventually he asked for my banking details. AFTER TWO WEEKS he has still not credited me. Yesterday morning early I gave him until close of business Monday to refund me which has not happened. Now if a R400 refund cost so much effort without a positive outcome I certainly would NEVER support this business ever again. The "business" that cannot afford a R400 refund should not be in business as it fails hopelessly on customer service & more importantly there can NEVER be any TRUST is what consumers are generally weary of when purchasing online. I urge potential customers to be weary when supporting this online store.

Poor customer service! Wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered, but was desperate. They were the only company with the herbs that we needed, in stock. Or that's what their website showed. After I paid, I received an email stating that the product is out of stock and it would take up to 10 days. After 10 days, still no delivery! I emailed them and response was that they'll check and get back to me. Another week passed and absolutely no feedback from them. My emails are just ignored. Have now asked for refund. Let's see what happens
