Poor Poor Service

My car was involved in an accident last year Nov 2018 in Pietermaritzburg. I was told to send the car to Ballito Panel beaters in Durban en they messed up my car. I than informed my broker (OakSure) that Ballito Panel Beaters messed up my car. My Broker wrote to them about my complain but till today my car is not fixed. The matter was later escalated to Macdonald Sebola who is been not helpful not responding to our emails I really don’t know what to do now.

The Origien Insurance service is very poor.
