How i was able to get my money back
After losing $44,000 to this platform. While searching for help, I saw so many testimonials and recommendations about Mr. Aaron Gabriel, who is a computer wizard, and he helped get 80% of my funds back in no less than 5 days after I sent him all he needed for the recovery. I am so grateful. I think someone else might need his help, which is why I have to leave this post here as a sign of gratitude for his job well done. How i was able to get my money back
After losing $44,000 to this platform. STAY AWAY FROM ORIGEN INSURANCE
Here is a so called Insurance Service company . Simple claims such as a windscreen takes 3 week and is still not settled , a small dent on a car , assessors report was in 2 weeks ago , still waiting for authorization and so I can continue . There are 5 such claims which have taken forever . Now try phoning the CEO called Mohamed , all promises to get someone to call ..........5 days ago so I phoned the claims manager, Mac Donald , who attacked me for calling after hours ( 17.30) on his private cell . Well no-one answers during working hours and if a voice does somehow present itself then it is never the correct person so you leave a message and no one responds . Mac Donald's response was to call the claims department . When asked if he was therefore in charge of no department he mumbled something about having their number . Not much good if they don't answer.

Shoddy service
Trying to get ahold of some one in this company is nothing short of a nightmare it has been months without my car being fixed as a 3rd party I have yet to be attended i use my own airtime and sparetime constantly trying to get help. this is beyond shoddy service im not satisfied with how i have been treated.

Poor Poor Service
My car was involved in an accident last year Nov 2018 in Pietermaritzburg. I was told to send the car to Ballito Panel beaters in Durban en they messed up my car. I than informed my broker (OakSure) that Ballito Panel Beaters messed up my car. My Broker wrote to them about my complain but till today my car is not fixed. The matter was later escalated to Macdonald Sebola who is been not helpful not responding to our emails I really don’t know what to do now. The Origien Insurance service is very poor. Broker: OAKSURE Contact person: Lungile Nkosi Contact number: ********** 787 Policy number: U0186 Insurer: Lion of Africa Underwriter: ORIGEN Contact person: MacDonald Sebola and Terence Nyoni Contact number ********** 640 Policy number: U0186 I received, signed and return the Total loss agreement form on 24 October 2018. I called the underwriter they confirmed receiving the it on the same day but till today they have not paid when i ask why, they send me from pillar to post. No one knows anything. Thank you.
