Here is a so called Insurance Service company . Simple claims such as a windscreen takes 3 week and is still not settled , a small dent on a car , assessors report was in 2 weeks ago , still waiting for authorization and so I can continue . There are 5 such claims which have taken forever . Now try phoning the CEO called Mohamed , all promises to get someone to call ..........5 days ago so I phoned the claims manager, Mac Donald , who attacked me for calling after hours ( 17.30) on his private cell . Well no-one answers during working hours and if a voice does somehow present itself then it is never the correct person so you leave a message and no one responds . Mac Donald's response was to call the claims department . When asked if he was therefore in charge of no department he mumbled something about having their number . Not much good if they don't answer.
