A nightmare experience with Origis

Beware of this company.

At a time when SAns are forced to make alternative arrangements to cope with loadshedding, you get this company that adds to the dilemma by selling inverters and don't deliver them and to make things worse, you struggle to get a refund.

The company goes by the webadres www.origis.co.za, really professional looking and are quick at responding to your purchase, and that's where the professionalism stops and your nightmare begins. Bought a Deye 5kw inverter from them 3 weeks ago and after many excuses why they can't deliver, asked for a refund which I'm still waiting for.

I'm now forced to start a ***** case against them, which in itself is unpleasant. So guys and girls don't be fooled by a good looking website, or a well spoken sales person. Check reviews on these companies, which I should have done in the first place.
