probable *****
ordered and paid for 2 x inverters @ R19k each on the 11 April 2023.Subsequently never received item.Spoke to a Craig Kutama on Wed 17th May and was promised a refund would reflect on the 18th May 2023. As at today Monday 05 June 2023 have as yet not received any response, Phone and emails remains unanswered. Will be laying ***** charges with SAPS

A nightmare experience with Origis
Beware of this company. At a time when SAns are forced to make alternative arrangements to cope with loadshedding, you get this company that adds to the dilemma by selling inverters and don't deliver them and to make things worse, you struggle to get a refund. The company goes by the webadres www.origis.co.za, really professional looking and are quick at responding to your purchase, and that's where the professionalism stops and your nightmare begins. Bought a Deye 5kw inverter from them 3 weeks ago and after many excuses why they can't deliver, asked for a refund which I'm still waiting for. I'm now forced to start a ***** case against them, which in itself is unpleasant. So guys and girls don't be fooled by a good looking website, or a well spoken sales person. Check reviews on these companies, which I should have done in the first place.

Awesome Service
Awesome Service, i received from Origis, i bought Inverter from them and even the problems it has they were willing to help, due to their service i bought a Lithium battery which they contacted me within a day to be collected. I am looking forward to buy from them again.

Awesome Service

The admin part really sucks, the company needs to improve on this aspect. Overlooking this, the installation team did a sterling job. They did a neat installation job, explained the system well to a person who is not technically brainy.
