Their lip mask is woefully inadequate. And very expensive. Vaseline does a better job. Contacted them. They get a two star only because they responded immediately but their response was very poor. I was told to see a Dermatologist as there must be something wrong with ME! Very expensive product. Definitely not worth it. Unreturnable through Takealot.
Had a transaction I could not recognize. Contacted Yoco. They were amazing. On WhatsApp. In no time provided me enough information to verify the transaction. Was just about to cancel my card. So thanks guys.

First time I played yesterday. Almost immediately it said I had won - about double what I had paid But I cannot verify my account in order to draw the money back. It simply will not upload the docs. I have tried phoning them but no result. It should not accept bets then say you cannot have your winnings until you verify!
Be very!!!! aware. You will never!!!! receive the goods but you have to pay upfront. Empty promises. **** bank confirmations of refunds. And they just continue to do this to unsuspecting people
This is a total **** company. You order an item and it does not ever arrive. You are given promises after promises and nothing ever happens. You get told you will get a credit, with *****ulent proof of payment emails, but no credit and no supply of the goods you ordered and paid for. Don’t ever do business with this company. I am busy with the ***** squad to try to get my money back. And I have laid a ******** charge against them! I want my money back!
I am in Cape Town. Ordered a wine, cheese and choriza basket from them to deliver to daughter in Dublin. 2 full weeks ago!!! Still no delivery. No replies to my emails. They are totally responsible for giving DPD couriers only half the address which resulted in a no delivery. I advised them numerous times of their mistake and re-emailed and confirmed the full address. No response. DPD are no better. Numerous emails to them. Parcel still!!! sitting with them. It has completely destroyed the sentimental reasons for the gift basket (which btw Floraqueen - after accepting my money - wanted to change and deliver flowers!!!! This whole experience has been disgraceful!!!!! Am requesting a total refund - wonder how that will go. Have posted on their FB page as well.
We too have been harassed continuously by Mycom Trading saying we entered an agreement when we in all innocence purchased a printer cartridge from them. They continue to harass us so much and threaten legal action that we have had to take the phone off the hook. Guys! lighten up. this is no! way to do business. You are thoroughly unpleasant and threatening. You need to stop NOW!!!!!!
