I paid for an order on 14 November and delivery ETA was 20th but until today, I have no update on the delivery. Also, when I login to their website to check my profile or track, there's absolutely nothing. No response from customer care either.

Pity you don't have minus stars! I've been using them for 10+ years without a problem. Last night I tried to log in but it would not accept my password, so I asked for a password reset but it took more than 2 hours to arrive. Today, without logging in I bought flowers. It added a card which I did not want, and one with I LOVE YOU on it, which was totally inappropriate. I cannot login and cancel the order. Apparently you cannot cancel orders - new rule - and they simply will not change the card. There is no way to contact them via phone and they are not even prepared to swap out the card for an alternative. DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE NO LONGER THE BUSINESS THEY USED TO BE AND ARE DISHONEST TO BOOT.

Pity you don't have minus stars! I've been using them for 10+ years without a problem. Last night I tried to log in but it would not accept my password, so I asked for a password reset but it took more than 2 hours to arrive. Today, without logging in I bought flowers. It added a card which I did not want, and one with I LOVE YOU on it, which was totally inappropriate. I cannot login and cancel the order. No delivery after I spent over 100 euros in December 2024. Their customer service spent the next 3 months assuring g me that my refund was on the way BUT today, they said no refund can be given because address was incomplete. This is not true. But even if it was, why take my money for a delivery you can’t make and also why say it was delivered, and why say you will refund me for three months. ****s and ****mers. Avoid at all costs and keep your money for more reputable companies.

If I could give this company no stars I would. I ordered flowers for the same day delivery. It was Valentine's Day (14th February) so I appreciated it may not arrive same day but close after was ok. I have still not received my order (11th March - almost a month later) and have been emailing with very in little in way of response. I was offered a gift voucher which in light of how this order went, won't be all that useful to me. I was only ordering flowers for my friend who has been very low lately and thought a pick me up would be nice, and I won't be ordering again. I requested for my total of £88.30 be refunded to my original payment method and have been ignored. I have no other choice but to review and warn other people not to bother with this company. TOTAL ****! Order a product, spend money on said product just for it not to arrive and to not get a response or a very generic basic email. Disappointed is an understatement.

Let them know a day before delivery that I needed to change the delivery address, got back to me the day after the delivery telling me that they are sorry and that they thank me in advance for understanding, order never received by the person that was supposed to get it, didn’t even call when they delivered despite her not being home

I ordered some flowers from Flora Queen for delivery to my wife on her birthday. The flowers did not arrive and I am still awaiting delivery. This was on the 2nd of December. On the day of delivery I did receive two missed calls from Flora Queen's number. But when I called back there was nothing but an answering service message in Spanish and no option to get an English equivalent. I raised a call on their website and they sent me an email asking for a French number I supplied (I'd used my UK number originally). No one called. My wife's birthday came and went no flowers. Which is very disappointing, but we thought maybe they would come tomorrow. Nothing. It's no the 14th of December but still no Flowers. I have requested a refund several times but to no avail. Flora Queen could have given me the Florist number so I could contact them directly but they didn't. They could have provided an English speaking representative to discuss the situation but they didn't, despite being happy to take the order in English. No they unresponsive despite having taken my money without providing the service paid for.

FloraQueen international florists situated in Spain have scammed me and countless others! The flowers I sent fir my sisters 50 th birthday which she celebrated in Thailand cost plenty. They offered free shipping but I could not access this on the order website. After days of emailing and writing reports in their website I gave up and paid shipping. The. They DIDN’T DELIVER!! PLis the order “tracking” says they were delivered! When I tried to report this I got a link which cannot open. I then checked Facebook and saw to my horror that this has happened to many others!!!

non delivery of flowers etc to the UK - I ordered it a week in advance and paid for an early morning delivery. NOT cheap. No contact phone numbers on their site, and today no replies to my 2 enquiries I sent this morning. Dont use them!
