Pity you don't have minus stars!
I've been using them for 10+ years without a problem. Last night I tried to log in but it would not accept my password, so I asked for a password reset but it took more than 2 hours to arrive.
Today, without logging in I bought flowers. It added a card which I did not want, and one with I LOVE YOU on it, which was totally inappropriate. I cannot login and cancel the order. Apparently you cannot cancel orders - new rule - and they simply will not change the card.
There is no way to contact them via phone and they are not even prepared to swap out the card for an alternative.
DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE NO LONGER THE BUSINESS THEY USED TO BE AND ARE DISHONEST TO BOOT.
