non delivery of flowers etc to the UK - I ordered it a week in advance and paid for an early morning delivery. NOT cheap. No contact phone numbers on their site, and today no replies to my 2 enquiries I sent this morning. Dont use them!
I want to acknowledge Michelle Ndaba for her service this week. <br> She provided relevant and clear information, as well as patience and courtesy (we were on the phone for an hour). <br> She was also unfailingly polite and respectful despite my moments of frustration.<br> She phoned me back the next day exactly when she said she would - unheard of in this day and age!<br> Please Discovery, look after staff members like this.<br>
