Avoid- took my money and delivered nothing.

No delivery after I spent over 100 euros in December 2024. Their customer service spent the next 3 months assuring g me that my refund was on the way BUT today, they said no refund can be given because address was incomplete. This is not true. But even if it was, why take my money for a delivery you can’t make and also why say it was delivered, and why say you will refund me for three months. ****s and ****mers. Avoid at all costs and keep your money for more reputable companies.
