What an exceptional experience with ORMS. I have to thank Chris Davids for assisting me with a product that had a defect. He was Punctual, Kept me Informed about the progress (Agents) and when the agents could not deliver ORMS replaced my unit with a brand new one. Now this is next level costumer service.
