Terrible product and false advertising!!!

I am absolutely devistated and heartbroken...

I purchased and used the Argan Oil Anti-Breakage crème hair relaxer product which claims to strengthen and soften your hair strands.

After using it for the first time on unwashed hair, following every instruction I app**** it to my hair. I then washed it out as indicated on the packaging and instantly noticed that my hair felt thinner. After this, I then brushed my hair with a wet detangling brush and this is when large chunks of my hair fell out. My hair now feels extremely dry, grassy and looks uneven. I absolutely lost it and balled my eyes out as I was growing my hair out, but now I'm left with having to cut it...
