I am absolutely beyond ****ed off at this point! I ordered an air cooler from them online for collection on Friday, 23rd of February 2024 and then a lady contacted me on the Sunday 2 days later that they had one in stock, however it was faulty and they needed to source a new one for me and it should be there by the following day so they asked if I wanted to cancel my order or wait and I said it's okay I will wait. The Monday comes around and I hear absolutely nothing so I decided to wait till the Tuesday and see if I hear anything and still nothing. So now I have to waste my airtime to get a hold of them which took about 3 tries to finally get through to them just for them to say that the truck never delivered my order on Monday and they will call me when it does arrive... In the process I had already tried to contact them on their WhatsApp number which I still haven't gotten a response on till this day, I've emailed them and still haven't gotten anything back and I even messaged them personally on Facebook instead of complaining. I literally had to send question marks to finally get somebody to respond and somebody finally did and called me saying that they will call the shop that I ordered from to find out what's happening and from there I just haven't hear anything back. So I messaged them again on Facebook to ask what's happening and haven't heard anything at all just to wake up this morning and see that they read my message they just didn't even bother to respond... Absolutely careless and terrible service from them!
I am absolutely devistated and heartbroken... I purchased and used the Argan Oil Anti-Breakage crème hair relaxer product which claims to strengthen and soften your hair strands. After using it for the first time on unwashed hair, following every instruction I app**** it to my hair. I then washed it out as indicated on the packaging and instantly noticed that my hair felt thinner. After this, I then brushed my hair with a wet detangling brush and this is when large chunks of my hair fell out. My hair now feels extremely dry, grassy and looks uneven. I absolutely lost it and balled my eyes out as I was growing my hair out, but now I'm left with having to cut it...
I am satisfied with the quick and friendly assistance. They go out of their way to make sure that all my questions are answered as best to their ability. I am happy.
My sister has been suffering with lower abdominal pain for months now, and one night she was hysterical in pain and was rushed to Life Healthcare hospital/Roseacres. When she arrived she had to wait hours on end until 2 in the morning to be helped whilst she was in pain only for them to tell her that nothing is wrong... So she asked them how the hell is nothing wrong if she's constant in pain so they referred her to a gynaecologist to do further inspection. After many failed attempts of getting a hold of said gynaecologist she finally got a hold of her and the gynaecologist then said that she suspects endometriosis to which an operation needs to be done. So a date for the surgery was booked and we were told to arrive first this at 5-6am in the morning, which makes absolutely no sense as the Doctor only starts with her operations at 10am? Not to mention my sister was in pain all the time and she was put at the very bottom of the list. (We had to wait at this hospital from 6am to 5pm so we were well over pi**ed at this point!) We were not informed about anything. Not even about what time my sister will be operated or how manieth she was on the list, nada. When she was finally operated and returned to her room at around 3pm, she was crying in pain because when they inserted the drip for pain, her tissue blocked the pain meds, and so it never worked for her pain... Imagine the excruciating pain that she must've felt? She was cut open and excess tissue was removed from her insides so I can only imagine how absolutely painful it must've been. After that, we had to wait 2 extra hours for the doctor to come and speak to her and discharge her, only for the doctor to send somebody to see my sister. So basically my sister was waiting all day for answers as to what was going on with her, only for the doctor to still leave her clueless. The person whom the doctor sent never even specified what my sister had to do to keep her dressing clean. Absolutely no communication! And THEN, to make things even worse, a week later, today, my sister felt a ****** gauss come out of her intimate area, only to find out that these imbeciles forgot it inside of her!!! What absolute nonsense!!!
Not at all happy with Cool Ideas. Our wifi is permanently off, and when it is on, we don't even get the speed that we are promised. We've called the customer care line, only to speak to someone arrogant and when we ask if we'll be refunded for the days that we did not have wifi, they say no. You're telling me you must pay for a full day, but didn't have wifi that day and many other days? What a ****. Get you to pay for a whole month of wifi, but then where's the wifi? And to make things even better, the service provider tells us to just, abd I quote, "Deal with it." What nonsense?! Things were so much better when we made use of Afrihost's services, they would at least compensate us for the days that our wifi was off, and they sure as hell were not arrogant about it! 😡
I like them. I've had a few Avon packages delivered to me through them and they haven't given me any problems whatsoever. Their website and app is very informative and they truly do deliver your package as fast as they can, I mean I recieved a notification from Avon yesterday that they've handed my parcel over to the courier and this morning I've already received a notification that they are delivering today! If you are a small or big online business I'd really recommend using Skynet to deliver to your customers. I've had many problems with different courier drivers and services, but never Skynet.
Absolutely do not recommend them... My dad was using their services and when his car was stolen at a shopping center parking lot, Outsurance wouldn't pay out because apparently we "staged" the incident....
I love their prices, but I feel like they don't have enough clothing that cater to the younger generation. Like, most of their clothes only fit the older generation's style...
