Ineffective Wart Freeze

Bought Wart Freeze (not a cheap product) and after numerous attempts, I still have the small growths on my skin. Only difference is that the surrounding skin seems to have been burnt and it was quite painful for a week or so. I have received no response from the company after trying to find out if I was doing something wrong (having followed the instructions carefully, but with no positive results as'promised' on the product packaging).
