Can anybody explain the lack of coverage I'm experiencing? I live in Rondebosch, Cape Town which is very popular with students and where you'll find loads of apartment blocks, i.e. it's pretty dense and yet, between 20:00 and 22:00 without fail, I seem to lose all coverage which means no access to my data. It' like you're sitting in a black hole. It's extremely frustrating as you can't stream anything, check your email, surf the net or make whatsapp calls! After reporting the problem, I was told that some towers had been moved from CPT to Joburg and that I can use roaming because of some kind of agreement with Vodacom/MTN, but even that doesn't give me connectivity. What's the point of having a data package which expires if unused and on top of that you can't even use it when you're free?!
Bought Wart Freeze (not a cheap product) and after numerous attempts, I still have the small growths on my skin. Only difference is that the surrounding skin seems to have been burnt and it was quite painful for a week or so. I have received no response from the company after trying to find out if I was doing something wrong (having followed the instructions carefully, but with no positive results as'promised' on the product packaging).

I've had my backpack for 6 years now, but I've only used it on 3 trips, so I was very surprised that some stitching had come undone and that the daypack's waterproofing shell was peeling off on the inside during my last trip in August last year.

I'd emailed Kway in September and was told to take it in for repairs at a Cape Union. I did this on 8 October and was contacted some time later to tell me about the cost which I'd assumed would be for the manufacturer. I emailed Team Kway again and got a response from Zainab Samuels on 11 November asking for the repair number and store location where I'd dropped the bag off.

Needless to say that that was the last correspondence from their side. I have sent 4 messages since with no reply and also no idea what's happened to my bag...

After 10 years with Medihelp, I'm about to move on after a 6 month battle to get a claim paid!! Bear in mind that I'm the type of client who visits a doctor perhaps once a year, has no chronic medicine and pretty much costs the scheme nothing while contributing almost R2000 every month...on time!! But having to deal with differerent people every time you call or mail and their standard cut-and-paste answers that a robot could provide has left me feeling very "unheard" re my claim. The worst part is that they insist on an unnecessary protocol: see your gp, get referral to specialist [they only pay 50% of this visit] and then visit physio). Not repeating this process two months after the initial diagnosis, because the physiotherapy has fallen outside of this 6 week period for which you are authorised to visit said physio means that your claim won't be paid!! News to me.....I thought I was busy with a slow process in building up hip strength to avoid surgery!! Maintaining that it's an on-going process means nothing, no no, you need to start the whole thing again so that you can waste money as well as everybody's time!! Can these people just apply their mind!!
