A few weeks ago I purchased a particular masala manufactured by Osmans Spice Works under their label "Osmans Taj Mahal" After using the masala I realised that there was something terribly wrong with it. I complained via e-mail on 5 February 2021. I followed up on 8 February as there was no response from them. They replied on 8 February requesting details such as bar code, batch number, address from where the remainder of the product can be fetched for the purposes of testing. On 9 February I forwarded all of these details. I followed up on 14 February and provided all the details once again as there was no response. I also followed up on 17 February as there was still no response. It is pointless providing an e-mail address on the packaging if there is no intention of taking any complaint seriously. REALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE considering that we have used their products for over 20 years and have never previously complained.
