OTT CUSTOMER SERVICE is pathetic. Purchased a voucher on the 1st January 2026 till to date NO voucher number. Every time they tell me matter has been escalated to the technical team. The last time I called Lindi told me that Palesa the manager will call me, as she's the only one who can assist with my query. I am still waiting for that call. HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT TO GET MY VOUCHER NUMBER OTT SA??? ALMOST TWO MONTHS NOW. I ALREADY SPENT MORE THAN THAT VOUCHER CONTACTING YOU.
