Absolutely disgusting behaviour from agents and the company. Unable to get hold of anyone and took 2 hours to get a response on there WhatsApp number as there number doesnt work. They lost my money and refuse to help or do anything. Extremely disappointed

I made a withdrawal from Betfred this afternoon and still have not received any sms or any other information relating my withdrawal I was referred to OTT they are telling me that there's nothing on their side I withdraw the money! Via FNB OTT sent proof of my withdrawal still nothing on their side what is this place

Hi I write this message with so much sadness, my mother who is a 76 year old pensioner, who knows absolute noting about online purchases, when she received her grant today the 5/05/2026 using tymebank, all her grant money was taken by what is referred to as OTT Mobile Technologies Johannesburg. She never joined anything relating to the above organisation. What is even this, how can she be assisted to get her grant money back. To me this seems like some ****, I would like to get assistance regarding the above company. The first amount to go out was R2000, few minutes later, they deducted R300, leaving her with just R100 in her account. My poor is under a lot of stress, She stays in the Eastern Cape with the helper and I am based in Johannesburg, I cant even imagine what she is going through right now.

There completions are a **** I entered and have proof of the winners there were suppose to be 50 vouchers to give away yet there are only 23 winners and I'm not even included in that lost how is that possible if there were 50 vouchers to be won?? I have the screenshots etc and will also be forwarding this info to the ombudsman

I highly recommend that you rather buy your online vouchers from 1voucher or bluvoucher. Spending money buying a OTT Product is just the same as high risk gambling. We purchased vouchers from OTT which was *****ulently used before we could redeem them, by who and how is the question that can't be answered. Worst part, service and support center is the worst I have ever experienced

I bought ott voucher online and my card was debited , I later receive an sms saying my voucher is waiting for me when I login on their website there is voucher waiting for me . R100 is gone pathetic company
