😤 Here's an updated review: "Terrible experience with Capitec Bank. 3 weeks ago, I won money on Hollywoodbets and sent proof of payment, but they're still holding my funds. What's worse, they advised me to create a savings plan, encouraging me to save with them, only to stop the plan and freeze my money when I added funds. Feels like they're more interested in keeping my money than providing service. Unacceptable customer service. Drained and disappointed. Would not recommended
I think I'm cursed 🤬 with Capitec as my bank .I'm a single mother that hustle I get most of my money from hollywoodbets.net and other servey companies, my life with Capitec as my bank not a pleasure.yesterday I win R2700 from hollywoodbets.net .withdrawal into one of my savings accounts at Capitec. Capitec then decided that they stopped the account and keep my money savings plan does not even reflect on my banking app I call in they said I should submit proof of income did that still nothing I have a diabetes suffering child who needs to get medication with that money .it's been 2years struggling to get a 400 that they also put on hold imagine they give me R1 interest on it every month nogal,People think twice if you have an emergency or sick child at home don't ask Any payment into Capitec account they will hold your funds back .if anything happens to my child Capitec will be responsible
Ive been playing here a while can you believe that I won R300 and I'm unable to withdraw my winnings. I followed all information provided by them to change and update my banking details . Only to find out it wouldn't be a same day process. So what does the company want you to do is probably just play back their money simple as that lol im speechless so bad hey
I HAD THE WORST ,WITHDRAW EXPERIENCE WITH THEM , YESTERDAY I MADE A WITHDRAWEL VIA NEDBANK CARDLESS BANKING .WHEN I GET TO THE ATM IT SHOWS THAT THE CASH VOUCHER HAS EXPIRED AND THE MONEY HAS BEEN ,SENT BACK TO THE SENDER , WICH IS TIC TAC BETS . I CALLED TIC TAC BETS THEY TELL ME TO PHONE THE BANK TO RESEND ME THE PIN . THE BANK TELLS ME TO CONTACT THE SENDER COZ MONEY HAS BEEN REFUNDED TO THEM,THEY THEN TELL ME THAT THEY NEED AUTHORITY FROM OTT TO RELEASE MY FUNDS HOW , I REALLY ENJOYED PLAYING THERE BUT THIS WAS IT FOR ME I WONT PLAY WHERE I STRUGGLE TO GET MY MONEY.
people please these cell phone contract company that sell their services in pep cell , be advised that they offer good phones with bad terms . Myy brother took out a contract with them paid an amount of R720 he stopped workingtried to make an arrangement or cancel and give the phone back coz of payment unsurety we tried with them they tell you that you gonna get no money back instead you have to pay them again for cancellation fee .so we paid here comes the new month phone paid but switched off due to non payment like the message on the phone reflects cant do anything with the phone .as to a strike happening in my area at the moment it has been difficult to go to pep cell coz we are in danger. cant phone the company to assist as the phone only responds to emergency calls . how can you lock a device as payment has been done

capitec bank sends me an email stating that the investigation is closed and my funds will be released on the 23rd of april still not done its the 4th of may I go into the branch almost everyday there is a new incedent number given to me wich is 118824060 i dont understand what do they get by making clients suffer like this i need help please i even got sick because of this stress
hi everyone after my last review Capitec bank promised to fix the matter of my funds being held back i recieved an email on the 23rd of April that the hold on my funds is lifted and will be available in my savings plan my account is still on 0.00 available balence in all my savings plans im a single mother of 5 my kids go to bed surviving on maize meal porrige everyday due to me not being able to acces my funds . im to scared to take any freelance work because what if my salary gets paid into my capitec account and the decide to keep it again # this feels like hell
Good day i just want to share this experience that I have with this terrible bank, I do freelance work online my salary gets paid into my account Capitec Decides to freeze my funds because the person who deposited it into my account is apparently under investigation It does not concern me I do Contracts I get paid I did not know that a bank has the right to keep peoples money because of wherever the money comes from looks suspicious they froze my R3.600 but gives me R10 intrest on it every month end its been 5 months trying to get my funds released people plese think twice befor banking with them it feels like hell
