Bad service
I have received bad service from Yonela. She didn't even bored herself to contct me and apologize. She was eve rude to me I am so disappointed about the treatment that I receive from this person

Worst withdrawal ever
I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding the delays experienced with withdrawals. On multiple occasions, I have requested a withdrawal around 23h00 and was advised that withdrawals take up to 2 hours. However, the funds were only received at 07h00 or later the following day. This delay is extremely frustrating, especially after being informed of a much shorter processing time. It is also unclear why live chat agents, who are available throughout the night, are unable to assist with processing withdrawals, or why the withdrawals team does not operate during these hours. Customers should not have to wait several hours to receive their winnings. This situation often leads to customers cancelling their withdrawals out of frustration and reusing the funds, which should not be the case. I kindly request clarity on your withdrawal process and for this matter to be addressed urgently.

Do not use this app. These people are rude and ***** your money. After I decided to not bet anymore and I tried to get my money back. This is exactly what one of their rude agents said. Either way, you will have to bet. They are ****mers never use this app

Theres only one thing I have to say about this company! C*O*R*R*U*P*T*I*O*N Do not waste your time here. They should be audited and shut down of which we know will never happen due to the bribes this company can afford to pay the government. Rather play on another platform. The loss rate on here has been set to always loose unless you are betting R12 to R15. And even then your wins are minimal. What you people dont understand is that these ******* companies, and they will never admit it, have the say on whether you win or not.

Unnecessary delays
Good day 3068221498 I would like to know why this ticket has not been resulted. Club Sando was awarded the game because the other team didn't pitch. This game cannot be played in the next 24hrs. Awarded means given,the other team would need to file some sort of complaint to the football association, I doubt this can be arranged in 24hrs. Furthermore the team didn't arrive because of transport issues because of a late change of kick off/football ground. What is betfred investigating? Why is this taking so long when everything is done and dusted? What more information do you need,because I really don't understand on what grounds I should be waiting for. You guys know the result but you making me wait. Why? What is the 24hrs for? Because it's not canceled,it's not postponed it was awarded,it's a walkover. What other terms do you want?
