Withdrawal punishment
I had the withdrawal done at 2 this afternoon and still have not received any sms from the withdrawal or any other information relating to the withdrawal I withdraw R350 from Betfred this afternoon and still have not received any money I went to the live chat they referred me to OTT . OTT telling me that there's nothing on their side I sent my chat with OTT via email and still get the best response from a different Agent call OTT asb ek Kani| Meer Nie

You never win
You get 10% cashback on agt slots for the previous days winnings. But you never win on your free spins not even if you deposit. Mondays you get cash back in free spins. If you are lucky you maybe win R5 on 50 spins. Don't tell me. Casino sites systems aren't rigged. Block people's accounts from winning. And other people win 2 million. How is that possible

Winning ticket not paid due to irregularities and misunderstanding between staff
Winning ticket not paid. Betfred is including markets on the fixture and don't offer the correct bet type. For Eg: extra time bets was not offered and it was confirmed by 4 employees of betfred. Betfred sent an email to confirm that they were wrong and in future they will convey the message to the relevant department. So I need my money please

Winning ticket not paid. Betfred is including markets on the fixture and don't offer the correct bet type. For Eg: extra time bets was not offered and it was confirmed by 4 employees of betfred. Betfred sent an email to confirm that they were wrong and in future they will convey the message to the relevant department. So I need my money please

Worst withdrawal ever
I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding the delays experienced with withdrawals. On multiple occasions, I have requested a withdrawal around 23h00 and was advised that withdrawals take up to 2 hours. However, the funds were only received at 07h00 or later the following day. This delay is extremely frustrating, especially after being informed of a much shorter processing time. It is also unclear why live chat agents, who are available throughout the night, are unable to assist with processing withdrawals, or why the withdrawals team does not operate during these hours. Customers should not have to wait several hours to receive their winnings. This situation often leads to customers cancelling their withdrawals out of frustration and reusing the funds, which should not be the case. I kindly request clarity on your withdrawal process and for this matter to be addressed urgently.
