Winning ticket not paid due to irregularities and misunderstanding between staff
Winning ticket not paid. Betfred is including markets on the fixture and don't offer the correct bet type. For Eg: extra time bets was not offered and it was confirmed by 4 employees of betfred. Betfred sent an email to confirm that they were wrong and in future they will convey the message to the relevant department. So I need my money please4 replies
