Winning ticket not paid due to irregularities and misunderstanding between staff
Winning ticket not paid. Betfred is including markets on the fixture and don't offer the correct bet type. For Eg: extra time bets was not offered and it was confirmed by 4 employees of betfred. Betfred sent an email to confirm that they were wrong and in future they will convey the message to the relevant department. So I need my money please

30 Mar 2026, 15:18No call yet. It's already 3pm. Promised to call shortly after 5:58 am. No call yet. Call recordings of calls from day 1 was promised but nothing sent to me. Cause I know for sure that 4 or 5 staff members of betfred confirmed that they don't offer extra time bets.

30 Mar 2026, 18:38Yes indeed I received your email but it's not solving the problem. It's the same thing I'm trying to explain from day 1. I'm waiting for the call recordings of the call made from day 1. 4 or 5 staff members. I can name them all also confirmed that betfred doesn't offer extra time
Maybe yourl only added the option after my query. I also have an email from yourl saying yourl are wrong and also saying that in the future yourl will recommend this market be added to the fixture to the relevant departments. I need this to be sorted ASAP. If yourl don't offer an option which 4 staff members confirmed then cup games should be removed from the fixture. I even told them that other apps like betway and Hollywood offer these options. They said they are aware of this also. Listen to the calls. I think that in my issue that Chelsea the team In query should be removed from the ticket cause an the relevant options for that specific market of extra time wasn't available. I thought it's goes with extra cause I always play extra time. You have to play extra time in cup games. So please yourl are contradicting yourselfs.
