I'm a regular user of OTT Vouchers and really appreciate the convenience they offer for online payments, as well as the exciting competitions available through the OTT4Me/Second Chance platform. I wanted to share a suggestion to improve the fairness of the competition entries. Currently, each redeemed voucher PIN (of R5 or more) gives one entry into the chosen competition, regardless of the voucher's value. This means someone could buy multiple low-value vouchers (e.g., ten R10 or R20 vouchers) to gain many entries for a relatively small total spend, while someone purchasing a single higher-value voucher (e.g., R500 or R1000) only gets one entry despite spending more. To make it fairer and encourage higher-value purchases, I suggest adjusting the system so that the number of entries (or entry weight/chances) is tied to the voucher's value. For example: Proportional entries (e.g., 1 entry per R50 or R100 of voucher value), or Bonus entries for higher-value vouchers. I believe this would reward loyal users who spend more and make the competitions feel more equitable overall. Thank you for considering my feedback—I'm a big fan of OTT and would love to see this kind of update!
Primrose store is the absolute worst customer service when buying goods it will take you at least 20 min to get anyone's attention and if selling goods please he ready to wait at least 1 hour because they have 1 buyer . This store is a joke
Charged me for a subscription then they cancelled it and it's been 3 weeks and still no refund or feedback,they have no contact numbers to call them on ,only WhatsApp and email and they do not respond. Do not use this company
I have been waiting 13 days for a response regarding the item which has to be returned and keep recieving the same response 'its been escalated " this is not the first time I've had this experience with Makro I really do not suggest buying anything ONLINE with them
It's been one week since Makro collected the item which they sent me which was incorrect and still no refund and the status online hasn't even changed !!!such poor customer care and service
I placed an order online with Makro 3 weeks ago and delivery was supposed to be on 15th Aug I received an item this week and it was the incorrect item this is such bad service I have multiple reference numbers but no one person has contacted me .I've now seen that I just way 7 days for my refund this is the worst online shopping experienc I've ever had
I tried withdrawing money from an absa atm the money came off my account but the machine never dispensed it the receipt says it would be reversed immediately I've sent over 20 emails to tyme bank not once have they called me I went to pnp hyper Boksburg and saw the tyme bank ambassador she was more worried about her nails and texting on her phone than assisting me I went back to the mall today and she was not there yet so resorted to going to absa bank myself thank goodness there were people who care about customer service and that lady tried her utmost to help me and explained that tymebank will only refund after 5 days this has been the most pathetic service ever. I did recieve an SMS from tyme bank telling me I will have feedback by November the 25th!!! One month to go I mean this is ridiculous
I really wish there was an alternative provider to use in order to access the site I do there is always some kind of a problem once you have made a payment to them it feels like they try and hold onto the money for as long as possible perhaps they recieving interest on these funds ???definitely seems like it . I carry the cost of the instant payment the funds leave my account but according to them they don't have it and it takes up to a week to recieve goods paid for
Looks like they will never resolve there issues once again I've made two instant payments and not recieved any vouchers and am told the same story that is takes 48 hours to reflect in there account which is a lie because I pay extra for an immediate payment it's like this company tries to hang onto your money for as long as possible !!!???
