I highly recommend that you rather buy your online vouchers from 1voucher or bluvoucher. Spending money buying a OTT Product is just the same as high risk gambling. We purchased vouchers from OTT which was *****ulently used before we could redeem them, by who and how is the question that can't be answered. Worst part, service and support center is the worst I have ever experienced
To who ever reads this, do not waste your time or money sending out a parcel via DHL International. I am absolutely disgusted and horrified in regards to their service. I sent a parcel from Randpark Ridge mall on the 23rd June 2020, the parcel contained an Xbox 360 for my eight year old son that stays in Swakopmund Namibia with my ex wife. Due to covid, I missed his birthday due to the travel ban. The cost rounded off to send the parcel was R2300, delivery ETA was the 28th June. On the 4th of July, I was contacted to pay an additional fee of R2800 for custom clearance, which was never communicated at any stage. The additional fee was paid around the 7th July. This is more than a week over the initial date which I had promised my son, which now makes me look like a liar. To date, being the 18th July, my son still has not received his gift.
