There completions are a **** I entered and have proof of the winners there were suppose to be 50 vouchers to give away yet there are only 23 winners and I'm not even included in that lost how is that possible if there were 50 vouchers to be won?? I have the screenshots etc and will also be forwarding this info to the ombudsman

We’ve identified a system issue affecting the allocation of some competition rewards, which we only became aware of this morning after the first draw at midnight. As a result, not all winners were processed as intended.
We are currently reviewing all valid entries and will ensure that all eligible winners are correctly awarded in line with the competition terms.
If your entry meets the qualifying criteria, you will not be excluded from receiving your voucher.
We appreciate your patience while we resolve this and will provide an update as soon as the review is complete.

All winners for the competition have now been fully reviewed, selected, and awarded. Due to a temporary processing issue during the initial draw, the system did not allocate the full number of winners as intended on the first day. To resolve this, the additional 29 winners from Friday were included in the final draw to ensure that all prizes were correctly allocated in line with the competition structure. A complete and updated winners list is now available on the platform under the “Closed Competitions” section. We’re committed to keeping our competitions fair and transparent, so we appreciate you bringing this to our attention and your patience while we worked through it. Kind regards,
