Hi I write this message with so much sadness, my mother who is a 76 year old pensioner, who knows absolute noting about online purchases, when she received her grant today the 5/05/2026 using tymebank, all her grant money was taken by what is referred to as OTT Mobile Technologies Johannesburg. She never joined anything relating to the above organisation. What is even this, how can she be assisted to get her grant money back. To me this seems like some ****, I would like to get assistance regarding the above company. The first amount to go out was R2000, few minutes later, they deducted R300, leaving her with just R100 in her account. My poor is under a lot of stress, She stays in the Eastern Cape with the helper and I am based in Johannesburg, I cant even imagine what she is going through right now.
I am so disappointed with Cartrack’s ignorance. My original contract with them ended in May 2024 they apparently renewed for month to month without informing me. The car that I covered was demolished in September 2023. I waited for the contract to end little did i know they’d automatically do what they refer to as maturing my contract by signing me up for month to month without notifying me. November 2024 i called them after noticing that they were continuing to debit my account, i asked them to cancel this as no longer needed their services. This company ignored my request and continued debiting. June 2025 i called them again asking them to cancel this month to month that they put me in, they told me about arrears that i was in for two months and they offered me a 30% discount which meant that i will pay them R239 and i agreed to pay provided they will stop ****ming me. They went ahead and deducted R320 that was not agreed upon and still had the nerve to call me again and say i am still owing them two hundred rands. I have run out of options now i been letting them take my money for more than 12 months and they still demand more, and worse they still wont cancel the subscription. Cartrack is a business of ****MERS PEOPLE BE WARNED. I HAVE NEVER HATED A COMPANY LIKE I HATE THIS CARTRACK, I HAVE A NEW TRACKING COMPANY WHICH I BEEN USING FOR TWO YEARS NOW, while cartrack just keep taking my money for free. I will never advise anyone to use them, they **** people.
Why do I have this Telesure company on my credit report? A TELESURE account is reflected with an outstanding amount of R1604. I have NEVER HAD ANY dealings with this company nor rendered any product or services. I NEED MY NAME to be REMOVED!!!!!!!!!!!!

Altech Netstar are nothing but a rip off, eating people's money for no reason. I apparently bought a car around May this year 2018. and around May they approached me and offered me a tracker since I was under an insurance company. Off which I don't remember signing any of their document. On the day they sent some guy to install their tracker, he then broke my window, he told me that he cant close it any more even though he found it opened. I then reported the matter to the Netstar customer service, I never got any response. I had to pay to fix the window. I then got retrenched in June 2018 I had to return the car to the dealer and sent Netstar tons and tons of emails to inform them about my job loss. I also tried to contact their offices with no luck of going through. Recently they have been nagging me with their unending phone calls. Below is the email I received from them this morning after I sent them proof of my emails of cancllation: Please note that vehicle registration H.......GP is contracted to a 36 month rental agreement. The tracking device was installed on 2018/05/23 Settlement payable is R1808.78 Please advise if you accept the settlement amount and if we should proceed with the cancellation? All cancellations are subject to a 30 day notice period. The settlement amount excludes any outstanding balances on your account. In response to the above email I have asked them to send me proof of the 36 months rental contract I signed. I was never told about such and I was never told about the cancellation fee. This company deserves to be closed down with their poor systems, they think they can look after peoples cars. For Netstar this is nothing more than a money making scam.
