Absolutely disgusting behaviour from agents and the company. Unable to get hold of anyone and took 2 hours to get a response on there WhatsApp number as there number doesnt work. They lost my money and refuse to help or do anything. Extremely disappointed
To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the appalling lack of service and communication from Sleepmasters regarding the delivery of a bed set I ordered. Since Thursday, 31st July, I have been repeatedly contacting your customer service to confirm that my bed would be delivered on Friday, 2nd August. On every call, I was reassured that the delivery was scheduled for that date. However, the delivery never arrived on the 2nd, and I received no communication whatsoever—no call, no SMS, no email—explaining the delay. I followed up multiple times and specifically asked to speak with a manager. Each time I was told the manager was unavailable but would call me back. That has never happened. As a result, I had to sleep on the floor due to not having a bed—something completely unacceptable for a paying customer. Today is Monday, 4th August, and I still have not received the bed, nor have I received any updates or assistance. This experience has been nothing short of infuriating. The complete lack of accountability, poor communication, and nonexistent customer care has left me feeling angry and deeply dissatisfied. At this point, I regret ever doing business with Sleepmasters and will not recommend your company to anyone. I demand an immediate update on the status of my delivery, a formal apology, and a resolution to this situation without further delay. Not happy with the flowers I received- they were dying and had mold on one of the flowers, two flowers are dead already.Very disappointing
