Worse customer service
Absolutely disgusting behaviour from agents and the company. Unable to get hold of anyone and took 2 hours to get a response on there WhatsApp number as there number doesnt work. They lost my money and refuse to help or do anything. Extremely disappointed

We do apologize that you feel you did not receive the assistance you needed from our team.We have gone through the chat between yourself and the agent who assisted you.We noted that the issue relates to a voucher purchased through your Nedbank App. The agent checked the voucher and provided feedback, together with a report confirming that the voucher was redeemed approximately 15 minutes after it was purchased. The agent therefore advised you to contact your bank to report the matter.We also noted your request to report the case as fraudulent, as you indicated that you did not redeem the voucher yourself. I will arrange for someone from our Fraud Team to contact you and advise you on the process to formally report the voucher as fraudulent.
