Ottimo Blender Is Useless and Doesnt actually work

I Purchased an Ottimo blender online from checkers. I managed to use it one to simply blend some condensed milk and lemon and it completely burnt out. When using it, it smelt like something was burning so I switched it off, when I started it again it worked for a while and then completely died.

Unfortunately I was silly to throw the box away so now I am stuck with a burnt out blender which I did not even have the pleasure of using more then once.

I am starting to realise that unless you are willing to spend a crazy amount of money on appliances, don't bother buying anything cause the cheaper brands just don''t work how they are supposed to.

Really dissappointed in this whole experience as I was so excited to have my first blender.
