Exceptional Service!! Highly Recommended

<p>I went in to get an aerial repaired, one I had bought from them years ago. The product itself is great, it boosts your 3G signal, and I have used it extensively since I bought it. The connector had broken though, so I took a chance and went to see if they could repair it. Where most places would probably try sell you a new product, these guys not only repaired it in a matter of minutes, they didnt even charge me for it. I was astounded!! The product was long out of warranty, but they said there was a spare connector lying around they could use at no cost. I wish more places had such excellent service. It's not just a matter of getting something for free (I was completely willing to pay for the repair), it's the great service I received. Thank you Otto, you have a customer for life!!</p>
