<p>My mother has ordered custom made furniture from Ou Hout Meubels in Cape Gate Mall, Kraaifontein. This furniture was ordered for her the flat (in the Strand) she is moving into February 2017. When she first received the furniture, the furniture was not made to order as requested. Ou Hout took it back to make the changes. Every week they promised it will be done inthat week, which it was not and so it went on for a few weeks. My mother has moved into the flat last weekend (16/02/2016) without the furniture. This means that she is sleeping on the floor. Last week they told her that the order will be ready today (22/02/2017). They have confirmed today that it is ready, but they will only deliver it for R1200, which my mother is not willing to pay, due to the fact that they are not giving good service and making empty promises. Now they said they will only deliver the furniture to their branch in the Strand when there is other furniture to be delivered to the Strand branch. So this means that my mother must until they are ready. Isn't is good etiquette to do everything in your power to keep your paying clients happy. </p>
