Ignored & Unpaid Landlord and an Unaccountable Agency: Do NOT Recommend!

This agency is completely unprofessional and unreliable. We haven’t received rent or levy payments for our property for 2 months (March and April), and their excuses are baseless and have nothing to do with us as landlords. They've managed the property for a full lease period, and now that we've cancelled the contract with them they're being ********* and highly questionable, with-holding OUR money without clear communication and reason. Maryke, who was meant to handle the issue, has gone completely silent and even left the landlord WhatsApp group—zero accountability. We've attempted calling, emailing and pleading on whatsapp but everyone in the company has chosen to stay silent. This feels like blatant financial misconduct and borderline theft. It's sad that that they have landlords begging foR money that rightfully belongs to them. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be ignored and cheated.
